Shipping policy

**Processing time** — Every Twisted Mind Collective piece is printed on demand just for you. Orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

**Shipping times (after processing)**
- United States: typically 5–8 business days
- International: typically 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

**Addresses** — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we print and ship fast, and cannot redirect a package once it is on its way. If you spot an address mistake, email us immediately at twistedmindcollective@gmail.com.

**Delays** — During drop launches and holiday periods, processing may take a little longer. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days (US), contact us and we will make it right.
