1How long does shipping take?
Everything is printed to order in the USA. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit domestically. A tracking link hits your inbox the moment it ships. International orders take longer and vary by destination.
2How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart — domestic orders typically start around $4.75. International shipping is available to most countries; any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility.
3Where is everything made?
Every design is original TMC artwork. It's printed to order and shipped from the USA on heavyweight cotton, heavy-blend fleece and plush velveteen — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold.
4How does sizing run?
Tees and hoodies are on heavyweight unisex blanks and run true to size — go one up for an oversized fit. All-over prints run slightly slimmer through the chest. Every product page has a full size chart in inches.
5How do I wash it?
Tees and hoodies: cold wash, inside out, tumble low or hang dry. All-over prints, blankets and tapestries are sublimated into the fibers — the print won't crack, peel or fade. Cold, gentle cycle, tumble low.
6What's the return policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn items in original condition. Wrong size? We'll swap it. Print defect or damaged in transit? Replaced free.
7Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us immediately with your order number. Because every piece is printed to order, changes and cancellations are only possible before it enters production — after that, the 30-day return window applies.
8What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, on Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
9How does the 15% off work?
It comes off automatically at checkout — no code needed. One discount per order, so other codes won't stack on top of it.
